Terms and Conditions for Registration
Thank you for registering for the Art of Vinemaking Journey (retreat, cohort and book). By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our refund policy:
Art of Vinemaking Journey Payments:
Once your application has been accepted to the Art of Vinemaking Journey, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will outline how your payments will be invoiced and paid. You can pay for the entire program upfront or choose to have it divided into four payments over 10 months. Due to the cost of the retreat, 50% of the entire program will be due by September 1, 2025. If a different payment plan is requested, please send an email to admin@bettedickinson.com
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Before September 1, 2025: Full refunds will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation on or After September 1, 2025: Refunds will not be available. However, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant with prior approval.
Payment Plan Specifics
If you select a payment plan and cancel before September 1, 2025, refunds will include the total amount paid to date, minus the $100 administrative fee.
If you fail to complete your payment plan, your registration will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Payment plans must be completed prior to the final installment deadline.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Your $50 deposit is non-refundable.
Participant Substitution
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant before October 1, 2025, with prior written approval from the organizers.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds outside these terms will only be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Documentation may be required.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the retreat or cohort is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued. The organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as travel expenses.
Liability Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the retreat or cohort.
Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event begins.
